It is very easy in Adobe Photoshop to remove marks from face. Just follow the instruction and you will get the results.
1. Open photo in Photoshop
2. Select Rectangular marquee tool or simply hit M key.
3. Select the Mark on face.
4. Hit Del Key on Keyboard a dialog box will appear.

5.Select Content Aware and hit Enter key. The mark is no more there.See in next Photo.
